How We Prepare Our Grilled Dishes

Great barbecue starts with quality ingredients. When cooking over the grill, the meat speaks for itself, which is why we focus on carefully selected ingredients, precise grilling and simple side dishes that let the flavours shine.   

Grilled Fresh for Every Order

Nothing is grilled in advance and left waiting. The moment an order reaches our kitchen, the meat goes straight onto the open grill to be served sizzling hot. Some dishes may therefore require a few extra minutes, particularly when the terrace is busy.

Carefully Selected Meat and Ingredients

We carefully choose our minced meat, sausages and chicken before they reach the grill. Fire cannot improve poor-quality meat; it only exposes it, so we do not compromise on the ingredients we use. The same approach applies to the cheese and vegetables served with our grilled dishes.

Mediterranean Seasonings and Flavours

Ajvar, onion and homemade flatbread accompany most of our barbecue dishes. Olive oil, fresh vegetables, and Mediterranean herbs bring balance and vibrant freshness to the rich flavors of fire-grilled meat.

Yes. The Grašo Platter is intended for two people and includes ćevapčići, pljeskavica, sausages, meat fritters and grilled chicken thigh. Larger groups can order two or more platters.

Homemade flatbread, ajvar and onion are included with most barbecue dishes. The burgers and grilled chicken thigh are served with French fries. Any additional side dishes can be ordered separately.

Booking in advance is recommended, particularly for larger groups. The terrace can fill up quickly during evenings, weekends and the main summer season.
